Information Technology 10 is a part of the Cisco Networking Academy, including an introduction to computer hardware and software skills needed to help meet the growing demand for entry-level IT professionals. The curriculum covers the fundamentals of PC technology, networking, and security, and also provides an introduction to advanced concepts. It includes hands-on labs that provide practical experience to prepare students for enterprise networking. Simulation tools help students hone their troubleshooting skills and practice what they learn.
At the 20 and 30 levels, students continue to explore concepts in PC technology, networking and security, including the three core components - theory, simulation and hands-on labs of Cisco Networking Academy.
